Director - HR : H. Chandrashekhar
Mr.Chandrashekhar Hosamani is the Director - HR of eSpark Infotech Private Ltd. He was in the Indian Navy for 15 years where he was involved in design and maintenance of mission critical embedded systems for Defense applications. Got trained in Germany & USSR on simulation software and implemented in India for use in Indian Naval Submarines. Took volunteer retirement from the Indian Navy. During the course of his long-standing career as HR consultant for Melstar Information Ltd., AmSoft, PSI Bull, MphasiS BFL Ltd., Sonata Software Ltd., IBM, Wipro Infosys, Phoenix Global Services etc., His experience in the fields includes setting up HR functions in start-up units as well as driving new HR initiatives in large organizations. He is a Graduate in Science and Post-graduate in personnel Management. Chandrashekhar brings to eSpark close to 14 years of Human Resources experience in the IT industry. His core strengths are people process and human relations.

Mr. Manav Gautama Manav's first tryst with computers began, at the age of 12. Today, he is one of the pioneers with 15+ years of experience in building innovative consumer electronic products and designing enterprise solutions. Being passion driven, Manav has trained more than 2000+ audiences at absolutely no cost. His ability to quickly grasp and integrate new open source technologies and, methodologies thus, contributing his skill sets to build complex and evolving distributed secure system environments. Working for various organizations/corporates he has, implemented projects for the National Aeronautical Limited(NAL), Food Corporation of India (FCI),Bharat Electronics Limited(BEL), Naval Aircraft Servicing Development Organization(NASDO), CSIR Centre for Mathematical Modeling and Computer Simulation (C-MMACS), Ministry of Education - Brazil (MEC), Wildlife Conservation Society (WCS)on behalf of Intel, to name a few. With his varied experience not only in the IT segment, he has motivated people & teams/governments in the e-learning and e-government sector. This being said, Manav has shown excellent leadership skills by, managing and delivering multimillion dollar projects/products the world over. He has made an impact in the IT segment through, trial and error changing the mindsets of even the most stubborn IT professionals. His penchant for continuance learning, he has setup and trained various faculties/trainers in all economic segments. Being from Ethiopia, he has initialized rural programs for the UN, and has the constant need to innovate and imbibe solutions for rural areas related to health and increased productivity. Through personal experience he has made an impact by, educating rural population. Being a visionary, his contribution to this sector particularly has, given way to bridging the digital divide thereby ,improving the standard of living of rural people and, continues to do so till date.
